Club Membership Terms & Conditions

  1. Please present your TOP 10 Club Membership card when you check in at a TOP 10 Holiday Park or use it at a national or local partner outlet. Always include your Membership number when making an online reservation or payment.
  2. You will save 10% on accommodation at TOP 10 Holiday Parks around New Zealand up to a maximum of $40 per stay.  Savings apply to accommodation including sites.
  3. Reservations made through agents or third parties (including their websites) are not eligible for Membership savings.
  4. Valid for one accommodation unit or site per Membership.
  5. At certain Parks, savings can only be claimed once over the period 20 Dec to 31 Jan.  Please check when making your reservation.
  6. Membership savings cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
  7. TOP 10 Club Membership is non-transferable i.e. the benefits apply to the person named on the card.
  8. Your Membership is valid from 2 years from date of issue shown on the card.
  9. Should you lose, misplace or for any reason require a replacement Membership card, a new one will be issued on a further payment of $5.
  10. As a TOP 10 Club Member you may receive specials and offers from TOP 10 Group.
  11. Consecutive nights at the same TOP 10 Holiday Park will be treated as a single booking and the Membership Discount will only be available once over the period booked.
  12. To become an Associate Club Member you must be the spouse or partner of a current Club Member and reside at the same address.
  13. Associate Club Memberships expire on the same date as the Full Member irrespective of when the Associate Member was added.
